"Would you like"와 "Would you mind"의 차이
둘 다 요청이나 제안을 할 때 사용되는 표현이지만, 두 표현은 서로 다른 뜻과 사용법을 가지고 있다.
"Would you like"는 주로 무엇인가를 원하는지 물을 때 사용된다.
예를 들어, "Whould you like a cup of tea?"처럼 "차 한 잔 드실래요?"로 사용된다.
"Would you mind"는 주로 상대방이 특정 행동을 하도록 부탁하는데 사용된다.
예를 들어, "Would you mind opening the window?"처럼 "창문을 열어주실 수 있을까요?"로 사용된다.
따라서 두 표현 모두 요청이나 제안을 할 때 사용되지만, "Would you like"는 무언가를 원하는지 묻는 데, "Would you mind"는 상대방에게 어떤 행동을 요청하는 데 사용됩니다.
